From what time can you check into the hotel?

The check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is until 12:00 p.m. Our reception service is 24 hours and we offer late check out until 1:00 p.m. subject to availability and until 3:00 p.m. with a supplement.

Breakfast hours?

Our breakfast hours are:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. | Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 09:00 to 11:00.

If for any reason you need to have breakfast earlier, please inform upon arrival.

If you want to have breakfast in the room, it is possible with a supplement.

Can I have lunch or dinner at the hotel? At what times?

Yes, both. Our lunch service is every day from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday for lunch, minimum group size required) and dinner from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday night. It is advisable to book in advance, since our Restaurant is open to the public and there may not be availability. You can see our menus in the restaurant section of our website. If you have any food intolerance or require a special menu, please let us know so that we can take it into account.

What sort of packages do you offer at the hotel?

We have a wide range of experiences to add to your bed and breakfast stay, including various packages tailored to your choice: experience, romantic, express, wine-tasting… You can see them all here.

How and where can I book them?

It’s very easy – simply use the booking system on our website. First, you can choose your preferred room type and rate. Then, in the second step, below the section for entering your personal details, you’ll find all the experiences you can add to your booking. Simply select the one that interests you most and it will be added to your booking.

Is access to the spa included in the accommodation?

Only if you choose one of the packs or extras that includes it in your booking. Otherwise, to guarantee an intimate and relaxing experience (maximum 6-8 people per session), access to the spa has a supplement of €25 per person/hour and requires prior booking. This allows us to ensure that you enjoy an atmosphere of absolute peace without crowds.

What are the spa hours?

From 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. (For access with children, from 13:00 to 17:00 h.)

How long does the spa circuit last?

It is one hour long.

Essential: Reserve the time of access at the time of making the reservation. The use of a swimsuit, flip-flops and a swimming cap is mandatory. If you forget any of these accessories, we have them for sale at reception. If you contract the SPA from our website, we provide you with a towel and bathrobe loan.

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR TREATMENTS

Can I get a massage at any time during my stay?

Our team of masseurs only performs treatments with prior reservation, that is to say that at least you have to request the massage 48 hours in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee its availability.

Are they simultaneous or separate?

We only have one massage therapist available, so you have to book them one after the other.

Is the best price guaranteed when booking via the website?

Yes, on our website you’ll always find the best price compared to other agencies and search engines. Plus, there are special offers and experiences available exclusively when you book directly with us.

Is it safe to book via the website?

We work with external companies that guarantee the security and confidentiality of online bookings.

Where is the winery?

Inside the Hotel, you do not have to move to visit our Winery, it is all in the same building.

When are the tours?

The visits are made only if there is a minimum of 6 people interested in doing it, so it is necessary to book in advance. We recommend that you check availability with us at the time of booking.

Normally the visiting hours are; Monday to Sunday at 11:00 a.m. They last between 1 hour and a half to 2 hours.

What does the visit consist of?

The first thing is to visit the vineyard and if time does not allow it, it is explained from the inside but always with views of the vineyard. Then you go to the winery to explain the entire winemaking process, visit the barrel cellar and finish with a tasting of 2 of our wines.

Are there more types of visits?

Yes, of course, if you want to make a personalized or exclusive visit for two or for a particular group, ask us about the conditions.

Can you try and taste the wines without paying a visit?

Of course, we have a winebar, inside the barrel cellar, where you can try our wines in a unique and exclusive environment.

What can be done in the area?

A wide variety of tours and activities: visit wineries, tour some of the most beautiful towns in Spain, make a stage of the Camino de Santiago, visit the largest wine museum in Europe, fly in a balloon, ride a horse through vineyards, go for snacks on the famous laurel street, etc. .

What are the designer rooms like?

Our rooms are works of art (such as those designed by David Delfín). They prioritise avant-garde style, minimalism and soft ambient lighting to create an atmosphere of relaxation. If you require a room with specific technical lighting or a reinforced work desk, please let us know so that we can assign you the best option.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have free private outdoor parking for customers.

Can I charge my electric car in the car park?

Yes, we have a charging station for electric vehicles. Check availability and price.

Can you pick me up at the station or the airport?

Yes, we have a 7-seater vehicle to carry out transfer services, both pick-up and for excursions in La Rioja and surroundings. Ask us for availability and prices.

Is there a policy of sustainability and respect for the environment?
